The position lock is likely to return as it helps control MyTeam squads during unlimited online play. In the new version it is speculated that the developers have added more solo content. Last year the game limited players to whatever was on their card. NBA 2K21 will see expanded options in the MyTeam option.This year, players may see more gameplay options for the WNBA mode. Last year, the 2K series added the WNBA as a feature in the exhibition mode. M圜areer, MyTeam, MyGM, and MyLeague will return along with new game modes.

The Neighborhood will be Renamed.While it is not known what the new name will be, The Neighborhood, will get a new title, such as The State, The City, or even perhaps, The World, as part of an overall update on the game.The official cover will be revealed sometime in July. It is rumored but not confirmed yet that Williamson will be featured on the cover of the regular game, while the late superstar Kobe Bryant, will grace the “Legends” edition of the game. The teaser showed rookie Zion Williamson, with the New Orleans Pelicans on the cover. NBA 2K21 will likely continue the trend of the most popular players appearing on the cover. So, only teasers have been released to the public and special coded packages were sent to specific influencers on Monday, June 16, 2020. The game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports continues the 2K series. One of the most exciting games for sports fans is the upcoming fall release of NBA 2K21.
